Working with the subconscious mind is what fascinates me the most in life. ☺️

Communicating directly with the subconscious mind helped me find not only peace from within but also the courage to face my ‘inner calling’ and the destined abilities to pursue this path—becoming a hypnotherapist at the age of 40. And I’ve realized that the substances that make us feel confident and peaceful are just so well hidden in our subconscious mind that we usually cannot see or feel them. However, when our brain operates in the Theta wave frequency (the frequency typical of hypnotherapy), we can tap into the subconscious mind to activate these inner sources for profound personal transformation in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors…
